In this talk, we survey some of the latest developments in non-negative tensors computation such as eigenvalues/eigenvectors and singular values/singular vectors calculation. One of the main results is that the generalization of the Perron-Frobenious Theorem to non-negative tensors. Applications to non-negative tensors arising from data mining, information retrieval, image processing and bioinformatics are given. Their associated algorithms are also studied.
